Octokraft

Technical debt intelligence platform that surfaces code health, drift detection, and convention analysis across your codebase.

Octokraft is a technical debt intelligence platform that makes code health visible without requiring separate tracking processes.

Instead of spreadsheets and quarterly audits, Octokraft watches how your codebase actually behaves: where changes cause friction, which modules resist modification, where conventions drift, and where complexity compounds. It turns development activity into actionable code health signals.

Core capabilities:

Convention Analysis scans your codebase for naming patterns, architectural boundaries, and code organization conventions — then flags where they’re breaking down. Not linting. Structural drift.

Code Health Scoring computes per-module and per-project health scores based on friction signals: PR size patterns, change coupling, modification frequency, and review overhead.

Architecture Intelligence maintains a living map of your system’s actual structure — domains, dependencies, and boundaries — and highlights when the code diverges from the intended design.

LLM-Powered Analysis uses language models to reason about code quality beyond what static analyzers can see. Semantic analysis of naming, documentation gaps, and architectural anti-patterns.

The platform is built on Go, React, Temporal, and FalkorDB. It ships with demo mode for evaluating against open source projects before connecting your own repos.

Octokraft launched publicly on March 13, 2026.
